(example, if a member existed in WOPC List from 2018 and prior, but fail to meet 2019 financial and\/or other obligations, which led to their being dropped of 2019 List, shall be grandfathered if they exist in the 2020 List.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">(B) \u00a0Vestment Period for New Members and Proration<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text\">\u200b<\/span><\/p><ol class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Vestment Period in the Plan shall be one year after enrolling in the organization. Example, \u201cMember A\u201d will be fully vested on April 1st 2022 if \u201cMember A\u201d was enrolled in the Organization by March 31st 2021 and on the Benefit Plan by December 31st 2021. In this example, member A will receive 50% of payout amount between January 1st and March 31st2022 and 100% of payout amount from April 1st 2022.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Members who joined local chapters between April1st and July 31st will participate in the plan starting January of the succeeding year at half-year convention rule. Example, \u201cIf Member B\u201d was enrolled in a local chapter between April 1st \u00a0and July 31st 2021, Member B will be allowed to enroll in the Benefit Plan on December 31st 2021, member B will receive 50% of payout amount between January 1st and March 31st 2022 and 100% of payout amount from April 1st2023.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">(C) \u00a0Qualifying Membership Participatory Obligations to WOPC\/Plan<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ol class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">The Congress to revisit and address membership Section of WOPC Constitution.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">(D) \u00a0Acceptable New Membership &#8211; Risk Threshold\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ol class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">All new prospects must be resident in the United States\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">With intention to relocate to the United States and make a living<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">(E) \u00a0Outside Continental USA (OCONUS) Residency or Dual National Residency Clause<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ol class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Per WOPC Constitution, all Registered and qualified members are allowed to participate in the Association affairs. Therefore, such right should extend to participation in the Plan regardless of member&#8217;s current resident<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Other Recommendations &#8211;<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ol class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">No person should Register their parents<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Parents who wish to Register should be allowed to Register themselves via local chapter<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Local chapters should be held accountable for all information they transmit to the National including but not limited to membership eligibility list\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">WOPC Board and Executives should set a penalty for chapters&#8217; violation of item #3 above<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">At Large Member&#8217;s subscribing to the WOPC member plan can remit their annual dues through ZELLE using email Zelle account <a href=\"mailto:wopcmoney@gmail.com\">wopcmoney@gmail.com<\/a><\/span><\/p><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text\">\u200b<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST BE A WOPC MEMBER TO PARTICIPATE. \u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Evidence of payment should be sent to <a href=\"mailto:obidiya25@gmail.com\">obidiya25@gmail.com<\/a> or\u00a0 to <a class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\" href=\"mailto:ben.azunna@gmail.com\" target=\"_self\">ben.azunna@gmail.com<\/a><\/span><\/p><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Chapter member premiums would be remitted through the chapter leadership to the WOPC financial secretary.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Member Plan Outlines: (A) Specificity of Grandfathered Membership Category (Qualification\/Eligibility) To qualify for the grandfather clause, a member must be in the WOPC 2019 Membership List.
